Using this website
This website provides general community information and resident services. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines.
Registration and approval
- Registration is a request for access. It is reviewed by society administrators, who may approve or decline it.
- You must give accurate information and register only for a flat where you live.
- Registration and approval do not establish ownership, tenancy, title or any other legal right in a property.
- Access may be withdrawn if information is false or the guidelines are broken.
Your responsibilities
- Keep any login details private.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to access areas you are not authorised for, or disrupt it.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading content.
Vendors, reviews and listings
Where vendor listings, ratings or resident reviews are offered, they are individual opinions and not a guarantee of quality. A “Florence Verified” label means only that basic details were reviewed through the community process. It is not a government licence, professional certification or endorsement. Any transaction is between the resident and the vendor.
No guarantees
We try to keep information accurate and the site available, but it is provided “as is”. Information, facilities and contacts can change. See the Disclaimer.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
